REAGAN POWELL
LPC, NCC, CPCS, Master ART Therapist
Life can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental counseling space where adults and couples can feel safe to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I will help you strengthen your relationships, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
With over 23 years of experience, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to the work I do. I primarily work with individual adults and couples who are seeking real progress and lasting results.
As a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner, I offer a powerful, evidence-based approach that can help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addiction, and other emotional difficulties. ART can help people process painful experiences and reduce emotional distress in a way that is often faster and more effective than traditional talk therapy alone. I am passionate about helping clients experience the freedom and healing that ART can provide.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from the University of Alabama and my M.S. in Counseling from Mississippi State University. I have been practicing in a variety of counseling settings since 2001.

MAGGIE BROWN
LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works systemically with individuals and couples across the lifespan. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, divorce, postpartum transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and interpersonal conflict. I value the complexity of each person’s story and approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the unique experiences that shape who they are.
My work is grounded in a family systems perspective, which recognizes that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply influenced by the relationships and environments in which we live. Together, we explore patterns within current and past relationships, as well as the broader impact of family, community, and societal systems. By increasing insight and strengthening relational awareness, clients are empowered to make intentional, meaningful changes.
My goal is to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. I support individuals and couples in navigating life’s stressors through the development of practical coping skills, effective communication strategies, and healthier relational dynamics. Through this work, I strive to help clients foster resilience, deepen connection, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships—with themselves and with others.

MELISSA HILIMIRE
LPC, NCC, CAMT, CGT
Hi, I’m Melissa. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and important seasons of their lives. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Trauma and Crisis from Walden University in 2019, and I became fully licensed in November 2022. I’m also certified in Anger Management and Grief Therapy.
I work with individuals ages 13 to 100, and I deeply value the opportunity to support both teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Over the past nine years, I’ve helped clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, grief, self-esteem struggles, and relationship difficulties. No matter your age or stage of life, you deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.
My approach is person-centered and highly individualized. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to help identify and shift negative thought patterns and beliefs that may have taken root early in life. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build emotional strength, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with confidence.
I am passionate about empowering clients with truth, clarity, and insight so they can experience healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel encouraged, challenged in healthy ways, and capable of meaningful growth.
I would be honored to work with you.

SARA KATE BAKER
APC
Hi! My name is Sara Kate, and I am an Associate Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University in 2025. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood, and I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are — without fear of judgment.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relational issues. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and strive to provide affirming, strengths-based support that honors each person’s unique way of thinking and interacting with the world.
My style blends Person-Centered Therapy with CBT and DBT-informed strategies. This means our work together will feel collaborative and supportive, while also providing structure and practical skill-building when helpful. With children, I incorporate play therapy interventions and creative, developmentally appropriate techniques to help them express emotions and build coping skills in ways that feel natural and engaging.
I believe growth happens through both compassion and gentle challenge. My hope is that through our work together, you leave sessions feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
